What we can help with

• Privacy questions and requests — seeing, correcting or deleting your personal information, as described in our privacy policy.
• Corrections — if anything on this site is wrong, we want to know. Tell us which page and what you saw.
• Missing disclosures — if you find a link that can pay us and nothing on the page says so, that is a bug and we will fix it.

What we cannot help with

Bookings. FareTell never takes payment, issues tickets or holds seats, so we cannot see, change or cancel a booking. Questions about a booking — seats, changes, refunds, receipts — belong with the partner you booked with; their confirmation email is the fastest way to reach them.

Email watches are not open, so there is nothing to sign up for and no email address to give. If you signed up before, you need no contact at all: the links in any message we sent you still work, including the one-click unsubscribe.
