What this site is
FareTell is a travel price comparison service run by BBN Labs Inc., a company federally incorporated in Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act, with its registered office in Ontario. We show prices we found and explain what they mean. We are not a travel agency: we never sell travel, take payment, issue tickets, confirm bookings or handle changes and refunds. You book on partner sites, and the partner sets the final price. By using this site you accept these terms.
These are prices we found, not offers
Every price on this site is a price we found earlier. It is not an offer to sell and not a quote. Our supplier sends us prices that real travelers found in recent searches, with the time each price was found; we show that time. Airlines and partners always control what is actually available and what it costs; the partner’s site is the only place a current price exists.
Unless we say otherwise, a price is for one adult in economy, and each price says whether it is a return or a one-way. Prices are in US dollars; for flights leaving Canada we show Canadian dollars first, converted at the Bank of Canada’s daily rate, with the US dollar price beside it. Where a price appears, we say who it covers — do not assume more. The partner’s site may show a different currency, and it shows the final price before you pay.
We cannot promise a price is still there
This site is provided “as is”. We do not promise that a price you see here is still available, that it has stayed the same, or that a partner will offer you the same price. A price we found honestly can still be gone by the time you check it — that is how saved prices work, and we say so wherever prices appear.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. Today that is one partner: the Travelpayouts network / Aviasales. Following one tells that partner we sent you. If you then book and the partner counts the booking, the partner may pay us a commission. This never changes the price you pay, and it never changes what we show or how we judge a deal — see how FareTell works.
Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, BBN Labs Inc. is not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses that come from using this site, for decisions you make based on the prices we show, or for what partner sites do — their prices, what they have available, or their policies. Nothing in these terms removes responsibility that the law does not allow us to remove.
Who owns what is here
What is on this site — the words, the design, and the pages explaining how we work — belongs to BBN Labs Inc. The price data comes from our suppliers under licence and stays theirs.
Which laws apply
These terms follow the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, this page changes with them and the “Last updated” date above moves too. Questions about these terms go through our contact page.
